Abstract:

Cíle této bakalářské práce byly shrnout literaturu na téma podnikatelských plánů, a také vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro spatřovanou příležitost v sektoru fastfoodů. Na základě tohoto plánu pak vyhodnotit, zda je příležitost realizovatelná a životaschopná. Teoretická část představuje podnikatelské plánování, jeho postupy, metody a možné nástroje, které lze použít – např. Business model Canvas a další. Jsou také zmíněny hlavní faktory úspěchu v sektoru fastfoodů. V praktické části je vytvořen samotný podnikatelský plán pro zdravý fastfood. Jsou použity metody, jako je např. Abstract:

The main goals of this bachelor`s thesis were to create a summary of the literature on the topic of the business planning and to create a business plan for an opportunity seen in fastfood sector. Then, on the basis of this business plan to assess whether is this opportunity viable. The theorietical part is introducing business planing, its processes and methods and possible tools such as business model canvas and others. Critical factors for success among fastfoods are also mentioned. In the practical part, a business plan for a healthy fastfood is created. Methods such as business model canvas, empathy map and financial planning are used. The results advise us that this business opportunity is potentially viable, but the plan will need to be specified further.
