Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá transakčními náklady spojenými s řešením úpadku velkých korporací. Cílem diplomové práce je definovat, analyzovat a srovnat transakční náklady vzniklé v průběhu jednotlivých insolvenčních řízení dvou českých společností. Abstract:
This master thesis is devoted to the transaction costs during insolvency of big companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyse, define and compare transaction costs incurred during insolvency of two Czech companies. The secondary aim is to find the relevant costs, compare their value and find the root cause of their appearance. There is hypothesis, which needs to be acknowledged or confuted.
