Problematika analýzy microarray dát je v súčasnej dobe už pomerne dobre preštudovaná. Do popredia sa dostáva problematika kombinovania výsledkov jednotlivých microarray štúdií – teda metód tzv. meta-analýzy microarray experimentov.
