Diplomová práca sa zoberá sociálno-ekonomickým problémom nezamestnanosti Rómov a jej možnými riešeniami v Slovenskej republike. Jej cieľom je na základe teoretických prístupov k problematike nezamestnanosti a sociálnej inklúzii marginalizovaných skupín a kauzálnej analýzy vývoja nezamestnanosti Rómskeho etnika vo vybraných regiónoch SR odhaliť príčiny, dôsledky a možnosti riešenia tohto problému.
