Abstract:

Práce se zabývá pojmy dědictví, dědické řízení a vymezením základních pojmů. Začátek práce je zaměřen na historii dědického práva od doby práva římského až po současnost. Dále se práce zaobírá na stručné definice, jako jsou dědictví, závěť či vydědění. Závěr práce je zaměřen na průběh řízení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the concepts of inheritance, inheritance proceedings and the definition of basic concepts. At first the thesis is focused on the history of inheritance law from the time of Roman law to the present. Further thesis is focused on brief definition, such as iheritance, will or disinheritance. In the last part of the thesis is focused on the course of proceedings.
