Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aspekty využití praxí, stáží, exkurzí a vycházek v odborném vzdělávání pro obor kuchař – číšník. Teoretická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku učebního oboru kuchař – číšník, jsou zde zastoupeny vhodné výukové metody, které lze využívat vzhledem k organizačním formám, a také jsem popsala a zhodnotila význam těchto forem. V práci jsou také uvedeny konkrétní náměty na přípravu a zrealizování těchto forem. V praktické části se zabývám využitím těchto forem v rámci reálné praxe. Výsledky mé diplomové práce mohou sloužit pedagogům, kteří v rámci výuky zařazují tyto formy a chtějí žákům přiblížit skutečnou představu o daných činnostech a ne pouze uplatňovat teorii.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with aspects of the use experience, internships, field trips and walks in the field of vocational training for the cook - waiter. The theoretical part contains a brief description of apprenticeship cook - waiter, are represented by appropriate teaching methods that can be used due to organizational forms and I also describe and evaluate the significance of these forms. The paper also provided specific suggestions for preparation and realization of these forms. In the practical part deals with the use of these forms in the real practice. The results of this thesis can serve teachers who are classified within these forms of teaching and pupils want to bring a real idea of the activities and not only apply theory.
