Design of Robotization of Output Control Workplace Using "Bin picking" Technology

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh robotizace pracoviště výstupní kontroly s využitím technologie bin picking. Bin picking je technologie, při níž robot vybírá z bedny nahodile orientované předměty a přemísťuje je do předem definovaných koncových pozic. Teoretická část popisuje podrobně technologii bin picking a jednotlivé součásti pro návrh robotizovaného pracoviště. V praktické části byla popsána problematika úkolu ve společnosti Kovárna VIVA, a.s. Byl vypracován návrh pracoviště s využitím technologie bin picking pro odebírání nahodile neuspořádaných objektů z bedny včetně návrhu vhodných součástí s konstrukcí koncového efektoru a dalších periferií pro realizaci projektu. K závěru práce je pro tento koncept vypracována vizualizace do 3D prostředí a ověření navrženého řešení pomocí počítačové simulace.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is design of robotization in a working space of output control with bin picking technology. Bin picking is the technology using robots which is picking the various objects up from the box and is moving them to the pre-defined final positions. Theoretical part describes bin picking technology and single elements for design of the robotic working space. In a practical part is described problem of task in a company Kovárna VIVA, a.s. The design of working space with the bin picking technology was made for withdrawing of random, disordered objects located in a bin. It also contained the design of suitable components with construction of the final effector and other peripheries for the project realization. In the end of the master thesis, visualisation of 3D concept is drawn up as same as verification of designed solution with the computer simulation help
