Expressions of constructivism in the interwar Czechoslovak graphic design
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstruktivismem a jeho projevy v československé užité grafice ve dvacátých a třicátých letech dvacátého století. Kromě představení zásadních domácích designérů a některých jejich projektů je prostor věnován také souvisejícímu dění v oboru a zasazování československé scény do evropského kontextu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the constructivism and it’s expressions in Czechoslovak graphic design in the interwar period. Except the presentation of designers and their work, the text also deals with the main events in the field of graphic design and tries to put the Czechoslovak scene into European context.
