Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám ohledáním místa činu z pohledu neodkladného neopakovatelného úkonu. V první části uvádím co je podstatou ohledání místa činu. Další část je věnována pojmu ohledání místa činu. Ve třetí části je rozebráno samotné místo činu. Čtvrtá část se zabývá taktikou ohledání místa činu. This thesis deals with an inspection of a venue from the perspective of an exigent unrepeatable act. The nature of a crime scene is explained in the first part of my thesis. Another section is devoted to the concept of crime scene investigation.
