Isotachophoretic Determination of Leucine
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stanovením aminokyseliny leucinu po převedení na 2-hydroxyisokapronovou kyselinu, která byla následně stanovována kapilární izotachoforézou a anionickém módu. Stanovení bylo ověřeno na analýzách modelového a reálného vzorku.
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with isotachophoretic determination of leucine. Leucine was determinated after converted to 2-hydroxyisocaproic acid, that the was consequently analysed by capillary isotachophoresis in anionic mode. The determination was verified in the analyses of model sample and real sample.
