Abstract:

Práce je věnována financování projektu výstavby cyklistické komunikace Ústí nad Orlicí - Potštejn. Teoreticky objasňuje základní pojmy a postupy týkající se projektů a projektového řízení. Popisuje různé zdroje financování a následně jejich možné využití. Zabývá se především rozložením celkových nákladů projektu na jednotlivé zdroje financování a na zúčastněné subjekty tohoto projektu. Práce navrhuje možné varianty financování daného projektu a rozložení jeho celkových nákladů.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on financing of the construction project of the bicycle road between Ústí nad Orlicí - Potštejn. It theoretically illustrates the basic conception and procedures of the project and the project management. It describes different financial sources and their possible usage. It deals with total costs distribution into separate financial sources and subjects involved. The thesis suggests possible variants of the project financing and distribution of total costs.
