Customs value and the origin of goods
Abstract:
Práce analyzuje základní metody pro stanovování celní hodnoty zboží, které doplňují informace o mezinárodních pravidlech celního hodnocení a jeho právních úpravách v ČR a EU. Dále se zabývá problematikou původu zboží, přičemž je hlavní pozornost věnována preferenčnímu původu zboží a jejímu prokazování. Pro úplnost je v jedné z kapitol krátce popsán tarifní systém ČR.
Abstract:
The work analysis basic methods for customs value of goods determination amended by information about international rules of customs valuation and its legal regulations in the Czech republic and the European Union. Next part of work deals origin of goods problem, whereas puts the main accent on the preferential origin of goods and its proving. For completeness there is shortly described the tariff …more
