Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním a optimalizací coulometrického analyzátoru, sestrojeného na Přírodovědecké fakultě Masarykovy univerzity. Jako modelové látky byly zvoleny kyselina askorbová a thiosíran sodný, na kterých byl testován vliv podmínek na prováděné analýzy. Na základě získaných výsledků byla následně optimalizována metodika. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deal with testing and optimalization coulometric analyzer constructed at the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University. Influence of measurement condition was tested on ascorbic acid and sodium thiosulphate. Based on obtained results the method was optimized. Accurate determination of selected analytes was achieved.
