Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na otroctví v římském právu a jeho vývoj od počátků římského státu až do pozdního období. Popisuje právní status otroků, jejich práva a povinnosti a způsoby a jakými byli získáváni. Dále se zabývá otázkou zrušení otroctví v římské říši a jeho dopadem na společnost a hospodářství.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on slavery in Roman law and its development from the beginnings of the Roman state to the late period. It describes the legal status of slaves, their rights and obligations, and the ways and means by which they were acquired. It also deals with the question of the abolition of slavery in the Roman Empire and its impact on society and the economy.
