Abstract:

Tato práce řeší hodnocení bytového domu s nízkou spotřebou energie pomocí metodiky SBtoolCZ ve fázi životního cyklu budovy, kde je posuzována ve fázi projektové přípravy – návrhu. V první části jsem se zaměřila na historii budov s nízkou spotřebou energie, kdy byly první zmínky o této myšlence. Nezbytnou kapitolou je věnováno i dnešnímu pohledu na nízkoenergetické budovy. Dále jsem se zabývala vytvořením struktury certifikačních systémů staveb z hlediska udržitelného rozvoje, jak v úrovni celosvětové, tak v úrovni používaných systémů v České Republice. Na základě této struktury jsem si vybrala jeden certifikační systém, dle kterého jsem zhodnotila vlastní navržený bytový dům ve fázi návrhu. Zatímco pro obyvatele je hlavním kritériem dobré prostorové využití, lokalita a bezpečnost na úrovni kriminality, z pohledu majitele nemovitosti je přidaná hodnota především v prodloužení životnosti objektu a úspoře provozních nákladů. Aplikační část této práce pak spočívá v hodnocení navrženého bytového domu s nízkou spotřebou energie, dle zvoleného nejvhodnějšího certifikačního systému SBtoolCZ. Kde se uvádí 4 skupiny hodnotící životní prostředí, sociálně-kulturní oblast, ekonomiku a management a lokalitu umístění objektu. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je udělení navrženému bytovému domu výsledný certifikát kvality.

Abstract:

This thesis addresses the assessment of a building with low energy consumption using a methodology SBToolCZ in the lifecycle of the building, which is assessed in the project preparation phase - design. The first part focuses on the history of buildings with low energy consumption, when the first mention of this idea. An essential chapter is also devoted to looking at today's low energy buildings. Then I dealt with the formation of structure building certification systems for sustainable development, both at global level and at the level of the systems used in the Czech Republic. Based on this structure, I chose a certification system under which I evaluated their own designed apartment building in the design phase. While the residents is the main criterion for a good use of space, location and security at the crime from the perspective of the property owner is the added value especially in extending the life of the building and operating savings. Application part of this work is the evaluation of the proposed residential building with low energy consumption, according to the selected most appropriate certification system SBToolCZ. Which states 4 evaluation of environmental, socio-cultural sphere, economics and management, and the site's location. The main result of this work is to award the residential building proposed final certificate of quality.
