Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza řízení cestovního ruchu na národní úrovni a také pohled na konkrétní pojetí řízení cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji. Z analýzy získaných údajů bude autorka práce vycházet ze spolupráce s hlavními aktéry CR v Jeseníkách na nově se rodícím systému řízení cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji, který se časově kryje s touto diplomovou prací. Data v této diplomové práci, konkrétně v analytické části budou tak v podstatě velmi aktuální a prakticky zaměřeny na období od 1.1.2020 dále. Hlavním cílem táto práce je vytvoření konkrétních návrhů a doporučení na změnu či doplnění struktury řízení cestovního ruchu v konkrétní turistické destinaci, kterou je turistická oblast Jeseníky. V první, teoretické́ části diplomové práce se autorka věnuje vyhledávání relevantních informací o řízení cestovního ruchu na jednotlivých úrovních a jejich syntetickému zpracování. Druhá část se věnuje již detailnímu zkoumání současného stavu řízení cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji, a hlavně popisu nového nastavení řízení cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji, na jehož konkrétní nastavení se autorka reálně podílela. Součástí druhé části jsou i expertní rozhovory s klíčovými zástupci cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji a také vlastní výzkum vnímání cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji ze strany uživatelů, a to formou online sběru dat a místním šetření. Třetí část obsahuje konkrétní zhodnocení a doporučení jak na národní, tak hlavně na regionální úrovni. Tato část a její výstupy jsou prakticky realizovatelné a bude záležet jen na zástupcích Olomouckého kraje a destinačních managementů, zda je budou aplikovat.

Abstract:

The aim of the master‘s thesis is to analyze the tourism management at the national level and also to scruntinize the specific concept of tourism management in the Olomouc region. The autor will use the analysis of the data acquired throgh the cooperation with the main tourism stakeholders in Jeseniky when forming on the newly emerging system of tourism management in the Olomouc region, which coincides with her thesis. The data in this master‘s thesis, specifically in the analytical part, will be up-to-date and practically focused on the period from 1.1.2020 onwards. The main goal of this theses is to create specific proposals and recommendations for changing or supplementing the structure of tourism management in a particular tourist destination, which is the tourist area of Jeseníky. In the first, theoretical part of the master‘s thesis, the author deals with the search for relevant information and their synthetical processing. The second part is devoted to a detailed examination of the current state of tourism management in the Olomouc region and mainly a description of the new framework of tourism management in the Olomouc region in the specific setting of which the author actually participated. The second part also includes expert interviews with key tourism stakeholders in the Olomouc region and also own research of the perception of tourism in the Olomouc region by users through online data collection and local survey. The third part contains specific assumptions and recommendations at the national and especially at the regional level. This part and its outcomes are practically feasible and it will depend only on the representatives of the Olomouc region and the destination management if they apply them.
