Bakalářská diplomová práce „Řízení změn v knihovnách“ řeší kroky vedoucí k úspěšnému zavedení změny do života organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. The bachelor's thesis "Change management in libraries" deals with the steps leading to the successful introduction of change into the life of the organization. The thesis is divided in two parts.
