Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem léčiv na obezitu. Obezita se řadí k civilizačním onemocněním a má za následek vznik řady onemocnění. Prevalence nadváhy a obezity se v posledních desetiletích výrazně zvyšuje. Její léčba je komplexní, zahrnuje jak změnu stravovacích návyků a pohybové aktivity – tedy celkového životního stylu, tak dále farmakoterapii či popřípadě chirurgickou léčbu. Farmakoterapie obezity pomáhá zvýšit rychlost hubnutí spolu se změnou stravovacích návyků, pohybové aktivity a psychiky jedince. Práce se dále zabývá vybranými skupiny léčiv s vlivem na obezitu (antidepresiva, perorální antidiabetika, antiepileptika, estrogeny, glukokortikoidy, -sympatolitika a tyreostatika).

Abstract:

This thesis is focus to relationship between pharmaceuticals and obesity. Obesity is one of the disease of civilization and it is base factor for start many other disease. Prevalence overweight and obesity is significantly increasing during the last decades. Therapy of obesity is complex process. It is include change of the eating habits and the moving activity – it is means all live style as well as pharmacotherapy or surgery act in special case. In fact pharmacotherapy can increase speed of weight reduce when it is connect with change of the eating habits and the moving activity. The thesis includes some group of pharmaceuticals and their relationship to obesity (antidepressants, oral antidiabetics, antiepileptics, estrogens, glucocorticoids, -sympatolytics and thyreostatics).
