Keďže kvalita pracovného života a pracovná angažovanosť, takisto ako rozdiel medzi generáciami v pracovnom prostredí je v dnešnej dobe diskutovaná téma, bolo cieľom našej práce určiť úroveň týchto konštruktov v organizácii a porovnať ich vnímanie medzi generáciami.
