Abstract:
Předkládaná dizertační práce je kompilací šesti publikací, popisujících mikrosatelitové markery čtyř druhů savců a pěti druhů hmyzu. Většinou se jedná o druhy ohrožené a cílem vývoje mikrosatelitů pro tyto druhy bylo jejich následné využití v ochranářsko-genetických studiích. This thesis is a compilation of six publications describing development of microsatellite markers for four mammal species and five insect species. Most of these species are endangered and the aim of developing microsatellites was their use in conservation-genetic studies.
