Abstract:
This thesis deals with optimization of software for molecular docking called CaverDock and Autodock Vina. It's primary focus is on parallelization in order to effectively use Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors.Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou softvérov pre molekulárny doking CaverDock a Autodock Vina. Je zameraná hlavne na ich paralelizáciu aby bolo možné efektívne použiť koprocesory Intel Xeon Phi.
