Autodock Vina Acceleration using Xeon Phi
Abstract:
This thesis deals with optimization of software for molecular docking called CaverDock and Autodock Vina. It's primary focus is on parallelization in order to effectively use Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou softvérov pre molekulárny doking CaverDock a Autodock Vina. Je zameraná hlavne na ich paralelizáciu aby bolo možné efektívne použiť koprocesory Intel Xeon Phi.
