Comparison of load intensity in terms of player positions between two youth teams in football

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání intenzity zatížení z hlediska hráčských postů mezi dvěma dorosteneckými týmy ve fotbale. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé posty hráčů, zjistit mírů zatížení pomocí vybraných parametrů (vzdálenost (m), rychlost (km/h), srdeční frekvence (tepy/min), kapacita dle max. TF (%)) na jednotlivých postech a porovnat mezi hráči dvou různých dorosteneckých celků. K testování byla vybrána skupina 20 hráčů dvou dorosteneckých týmů kategorie U 17 (krom brankářů) ve věku 16-17 let, a to týmů MFK Karviná a MŠK Žilina. K testování došlo během modelového utkání dne 29.1.2022 se souhlasem obou trenérů. Naměřená data byla zaznamenána prostřednictvím přístroje Polar M400 HR s hrudním pásem a následně zpracována do výsledné podoby. Z hlediska intenzity zatížení u vybraných měřených parametrů byly shledány rozdíly mezi jednotlivými hráčskými posty. Měření překonané vzdálenosti hráčů U17 na jednotlivých postech v utkání potvrdily výsledky odborných studií. Nejmenší vzdálenost v utkání překonali střední obránci, naopak největší vzdálenost v utkání překonali střední záložníci. Co se týče rychlosti, největší rychlost vyvinuli útočníci následováni krajními záložníky. Naopak stopeři patřili k hráčům s nejnižší vykonanou rychlostí a zároveň s nejnižší délkou vykonaných sprintů. Dalším parametrem měření byla tepová frekvence a průměrná využitá individuální kapacita hráčů. V modelovém utkání se průměrná tepová frekvence hráčů na jednotlivých postech pohybovala v hodnotách mezi 157-170 tepů /min. s průměrnou využitou individuální kapacitou u hráčů v rozmezí 79,4- 83,26 %. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že nejmenší vzdálenost, nejmenší rychlost a nejmenší počet sprintů překonali střední obránci. Post středních obránců je spojen především s organizaci obranné fáze. Tito hráči musí být silní v osobních soubojích, nicméně je důležité, aby byli i dostatečně rychlí, zejména při zakládání útoku. Proto by individuální trénink středních obránců měl spočívat v rozvoji rychlostních schopností se zaměřením především na akční rychlost vhodně kombinovaný s cílenou stimulací silových schopností, tj. optimální stimulace maximální síly pro využití akční rychlosti (Fajfer, 2009). Zjištěné výsledky týkající se vybraných parametrů intenzity zátěže hráčů mohou sloužit trenérům pro plánování kondičních skupinových a individuálních tréninků pro jednotlivé hráčské posty. Pro hráče mohou mít tyto výsledky motivující charakter. Pravidelné měření vybraných parametrů intenzity zatížení může sloužit i k porovnávání jednotlivých hráčů a týmu mezi sebou, popř. ke sledování růstu výkonnosti jednotlivých hráčů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of the intensity of the load in terms of player positions between two youth teams in football. The aim of the thesis is to describe the individual positions of the players, to find out the load rates using selected parameters (distance (m), speed (km/h), heart rate (beats/min), capacity according to max. TF (%)) on individual positions and to compare between players of two different youth teams. A group of 20 players of two youth teams of the U17 category (except goalkeepers) aged 16-17 years was selected for testing, namely the teams MFK Karviná and MŠK Žilina. Testing took place during the model match on 29.1.2022 with the consent of both coaches. The measured data were recorded using the Polar M400 HR instrument with a chest strap and then processed into the final form. In terms of load intensity for selected measured parameters, differences were found between individual player positions. Measurements of the distance covered by U17 players at individual positions in the match were confirmed by the results of expert studies. The smallest distance in the match was overcome by the central defenders, while the biggest distance in the match was overcome by the central midfielders. In terms of speed, the greatest speed was developed by the attackers followed by the extreme midfielders. On the contrary, the trackers were among the players with the lowest speed performed and at the same time with the lowest length of sprints performed. Another parameter of the measurement was the heart rate and the average individual capacity of the players used. In the model match, the average heart rate of players in individual positions ranged from 157 to 170 beats / min. with the average used individual capacity for players in the range of 79.4-83.26 %. From the results it is clear that the smallest distance, the smallest speed and the smallest number of sprints were overcome by the center defenders. The post of central defenders is mainly associated with the organization of the defensive phase. These players must be strong in personal battles, but it is important that they are also fast enough, especially when setting up an attack. Therefore, the individual training of central defenders should consist in the development of speed skills with a focus primarily on the action speed suitably combined with targeted stimulation of strength abilities, i.e. optimal stimulation of maximum force for the use of action speed. The results obtained regarding selected parameters of the intensity of the load of the players are used by the coaches for planning fitness group and individual trainings for individual player positions. For players, these results can have a motivating character. Regular measurement of selected load intensity parameters can be used to compare individual players and teams with each other, or to monitor the growth of performance of individual players.
