This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the company Korean BBQ House s.r.o., which will run a restaurant focusing on Korean barbecue and other traditional Korean dishes. The aim of this work is to find out whether such a restaurant could be financially viable, so that the idea of establishing the restaurant could be feasible in the future. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro společnost Korean BBQ House s.r.o., která bude provozovat restauraci se zaměřením na korejské barbecue a další tradiční korejské pokrmy. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda by taková restaurace mohla být finančně životaschopná, aby se myšlenka na založení takové restaurace mohla do budoucna realizovat.
