Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením elektronického obchodování a podnikání v Evropské unii. V první kapitole je elektronické obchodování a podnikání představeno v obecné rovině. Druhá kapitola se zabývá orgány EU, které se podílejí na tvorbě legislativy spojené s problematikou, třetí kapitola potom představuje hlavní strategický rámec EU a nejdůležitější směrnice v této oblasti. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusses the readiness of e-commerce and e-business in the European Union. After giving the main general terms, the EU authorities and EU directives concerning the topic are presented. Activities of EU to support e-commerce and e-business follow. The last part compares the EU states with each other and worldwide.
