Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na provedení auditu účetní závěrky ve společnosti SIMOST, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní poznatky o auditu, právní úpravy auditu a jsou charakterizovány postupy dle mezinárodních auditorských standardů. Praktická část následně aplikuje některé auditorské postupy ve vybrané společnosti V závěru diplomové práce jsou zhodnoceny dílčí závěry auditu.
Abstract:
The Project is focused on auditing the financial statements in company SIMOST, s.r.o. The theoretical part clarifies the basic knowledge about the audit, legal regulations of the audit and characterizes the procedures according to international auditing standards.
