Předmětem bakalářské práce „Efektivita nástrojů výběrového řízení“ je rozbor metod využívaných při výběrovém řízení. V první, teoretické, části nalezneme soubory poznatků o dané problematice od samotného uvědomění si potřeby dalšího pracovníka a popisu dané pozice, až po výběr konkrétního zaměstnance.
