This thesis maps the phenomenon of the on-demand audiovisual media services (hereafter VOD), which in today's world often represents a frequently discussed topic, which moves the world of the audiovisual industry and changes the traditional distribution models. Accessibility: Autor udělil v licenci souhlas s: a) rozmnožováním díla jakýmikoliv prostředky a v jakékoliv formě, včetně formy elektronické b) bezúplatným rozšiřováním originálu Školního díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin pořízených podle písm. a) d) vystavováním originálu díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin podle písm. a) e) sdělováním veřejnosti všemi způsoby uvedenými v ustanovení § 18 až 23 autorského zákona, zejména pak živým provozování Školního díla a jeho přenosem a zpřístupňováním Školního díla způsobem, že kdokoliv může mít k němu přístup na místě a v čase podle své vlastní volby (tzn. především v síti Internet na webových stránkách Nabyvatele).
