Práce se zabývá analýzou logistických činností v závodě ISOVER Český Brod a následnými návrhy a praktickou aplikací optimalizačních opatření. The theses deals with analysis logistics activities in the ISOVER Cesky Brod plant and subsequent proposals and practical application of optimization measures.
