Stress in thin films measured by x-ray diffraction
Abstract:
V tenkej vrstve deponovanej na substrát obecne existuje interné pnutie, ktoré môže vzniknúť z rôznych príčin, buď priamo pri depozícii vrstvy, alebo pri následnom tepelnom spracovaní. Témou práce je rozpracovať metodiku merania pnutia v tenkých vrstvách zo zakrivenia monokryštalického substrátu pri vysokoteplotnom žíhaní za použitia goniometru. Abstract:
There is an elastic internal stress which in general existsts in thin film deponated on the substrate. This stress can occure in many cases, eather directly by deposition of the film, or by thermal processing. The main aim of this work is to elaborate measurement methodics of stress in thin – film from the curvature of monocrystalic substrate in situ heating and with a use of goniometer.
