Tématem mé práce je faktoring jako forma financování. V práci jsem popsala jak charakteristiku faktoringu, tak jeho současný vývoj. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, charakteristika faktoringu a jeho základní druhy. Dále jsou zde popsány pohledávky a faktoringová smlouva. The topic of my seminar paper is factoring as a financial form. I´ve been described here mostly characteristics and progress of itself. In theoretical part have been depict main terms,characteristics and its basical sorts.
