Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést senzorické hodnocení vybraných proteinových nápojů a vyhodnotit ekonomiku jejich nákupu. Pro tyto účely bylo vybráno osm nejprodávanějších pro-teinových prášků: pět syrovátkových (Asyr, Bsyr, Csyr, Dsyr, Esyr), hovězí (Fhov), veganský (Gveg) a sójový (Hsoj). Abstract:
The aim of the master thesis was to make sensory evaluation of selected protein drinks and evaluate the economics of their purchase. For these purposes, eight best-selling protein powders were selected: five whey (Asyr, Bsyr, Csyr, Dsyr, Esyr), beef (Fhov), vegan (Gveg) and soybean (Hsoj).
