Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění procesu PPAP ve společnosti Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Eastern Europe s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem procesu APQP. Dále jsou popsané všechny části PPAPu a pravidla pro hodnocení. V analýze současného stavu jsou využity metody měření času, zpracování podnikových dat a dotazníkové šetření u dodavatelů. The Master thesis is focused on improving the PPAP process in the company Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Eastern Europe s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the description of the APQP process. Furthermore, we describe all PPAP elements and the rules for evaluation.
