Practising of communication principles during the hearing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces komunikace v policejním výslechu v interakci zúčastněných subjektů prostřednictvím verbální a nonverbální komunikace. Teoretickou část tvoří výklad centrální problematiky komunikace s rozborem a interpretací jejich jednotlivých složek; charakteristika sociálního styku, jako ojedinělého složitého systému dynamického dění společně působících činitelů v oblasti percepce, interakce a komunikace; problematika výslechu prezentovaného v pojetí trestního práva a v oblasti psychologických aspektů; vymezení pojmů prvopachatele a recidivisty; prezentace kriminalistických stop prostřednictvím základních oborů kriminalistických technik; statistické údaje s rozborem podílu jednotlivých ukazatelů na nápadu trestné činnosti. V praktické části je realizován výzkum formou metody dotazování a strukturovaného pozorování; výstupem je vymezení základních zásad v procesu komunikace v policejním výslechu a jejich aplikace nejen v konkrétní kasuistice případu, ale i v nastupujících výslechových situacích v policejní praxi

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of communication during the hearing and in the interaction with concerned bodies through verbal and non-verbal communication. The theoretical part is based upon the interpretation of central problems of communication with analysis and interpretation of individual components; the characteristic of social contact as an original complex system of dynamic happening acting in conjuction with the factors in perception, interaction, and communication; the questions of hearing which are presented in a concept of criminal law and in the area of psychological aspects; the determination of concepts of the first-time offender and the habitual criminal; presentation of criminalistic traces through the primary branches of criminalistic techniques; the statistical data with the analysis of proportion of the individual indicators of the idea of criminal activity. The practical part deals with the research work which is realized by the methods of questioning and structured observation; the issue of this research is determination of basic principles in the process of communication in the hearing and their applications, not only in the concrete case report, but mainly in the superseding hearing situations in working experience
