Woman Abuse in Colleen Hoover’s Novels
Abstract:
Práce se bude věnovat vyobrazení násilí na ženách v pěti vybraných knihách od amer-ické spisovatelky Colleen Hoover. Analýza se zaměří na psychické a fyzické následky tohoto jednání. Cílem práce bude zjistit způsob zobrazení násilí na ženách a motivace ženských postav setrvat v partnerském vztahu, kde jsou zneužívány a týrány.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on portraying woman abuse in five chosen books written by an American author Colleen Hoover. The analysis deals with the mental and physical con-sequences of such behaviour. The aim of the thesis is to discover the way of describing the abuse of women and their motivation to stay in an abusive partnership.
