The importance of criminalistic documentation

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kriminalistické dokumentace. Poukazuje na její historii a vývoj, definuje základní pojmy, zákonitosti, význam a představuje její druhy. Toto celé zahrnuje teoretickou část. Praktická část bakalářské práce popisuje dokumentaci místa činu dvou případů z kriminalistické praxe. Kdy v prvním případě je ukázán nekompletní a neúplně přesný postup policistů. A ve druhém případě je naopak ukázána perfektní práce policistů na místě činu, co se týče jak dokumentace, tak následného šetření. V neposlední řadě je praktická část doplněna o rozhovor s kriminalistou, který má v problematice kriminalistické dokumentace a ohledání místa činu dvacetiletou praxi. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zachytit rozdíly. Zda se teoretické znalosti shodují s praxí. A na uvedených případech ukázat důležitost a nezbytnost kriminalistické dokumentace a samotného procesu dokumentování.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on criminalistic documentation. The thesis is aimed at history and development of criminalistic documentation and defines basic concepts, regularities, meaning and its types. This is the content of the theoretical part. The practical part of the bachelor thesis describes the documentation of two crime scenes from real criminal practice. The first example of the documentation shows incomplete and inaccurate procedure of police officers. In contrast to to the first example, the second example of the documentation shows the perfect work of the police officers at the crime scene in case of documentation and subsequent investigation. The second part of the practical part contains the interview with an experienced police officer, who has been working for police of the Czech Republic since 2000. He has a lot of experience with criminalistic documentation. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to capture the differences. Whether theoretical knowledge corresponds to practice and the data showing the importance and necessity of criminalistic documentation and the process of documentation itself.
