Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo vyvinout postup exprese rekombinantního proteinu "non-specific lipid transfer protein 2" z ječmene pro strukturní studie a další aplikace. Expresní vektor byl zkonstruován naklonováním komerčně získaného syntetického genu, amplifikovaného polymerasovou řetězovou reakcí, do plasmidu pET-19b. Abstract:
Goal of the diploma thesis was to develop a protocol for expression of recombinant non-specific lipid transfer protein 2 from barley for structural studies and other applications. The expression vector was constructed by cloning a commercially obtained synthetic gene, amplified by polymerase chain reaction, into a pET-19b plasmid.
