Abstract:
Předmětem průzkumu je zjistit, jaká je využitelnost psychosociálních intervencí a peer podpory, mezi zaměstnanci ve zdravotnictví. Na základě předmětu průzkumu byly stanoveny dva cíle. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak jsou využíváni peeři ve vybraných nemocnicích. The subject of the survey is finding out what is the usability of psychosocial interventions and peer assistance, among employees in health care. Based on the subject of the survey, two goals were set. The main goal of the practical part is finding out how peers are used in selected hospitals.
