Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá záväzkovým právom, konkrétne kúpnou zmluvou a spotrebiteľskou kúpnou zmluvou. V práci približujeme tieto zmluvné inštitúty prostredníctvom analýzy a komparácie ich úprav podľa Občianskeho a Obchodného zákonníka.
