Specifics symptoms of separation anxiety during a child´s entrance to nursery school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na projevy separační úzkosti u dětí do tří let při nástupu do mateřské školy. V teoretické části autorka analyzuje základní pojmy týkající se úzkosti a strachu u dětí předškolního věku s důrazem na separační úzkost. V teoretické části se autorka dále zaměřuje na popis projevů separační úzkosti a také na působení rodičů a učitelů na dítě se separační úzkostí. Empirická část popisuje kvalitativní výzkumný design prováděný formou zúčastněného pozorování dětí od dvou do tří let v prostředí mateřské školy, dále prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného interview s rodiči. Došlo k interpretaci výzkumných zjištění a vytvoření modelu projevů separační úzkosti u dětí od dvou do tří let.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The diploma thesis focuses on the symptoms of separation anxiety in children up to three years of age when entering the nursery school. In the theoretical part, the author analyzes the basic concepts of anxiety and fear in preschool children with an emphasis on separation anxiety. In the theoretical part, the author also focuses on the description of the symptoms of separation anxiety and also on the influence of parents and teachers on the child with separation anxiety. The empirical part describes a qualitative research project carried out in the form of participatory observation of children from two to three years in kindergarten environment, further through a semi-structured interview with parents. Author create a model of a manifestations of separation anxiety.
