Brittany: the region of folk and literary legends

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on topic "Brittany: a region of popular and literary legends" focuses on Breton legends, popular and literary in the context of the whole region. The aim of this work is to find the elements that are found in legends and their subsequent connection with the Brittany region. This thesis, among other things, briefly characterizes Brittany Using the short characteristics of the region - the history of the Celts and the Midlle Age in Brittany, the general characteristics of religion, architecture and peculiarity of Brittany, which illustrate the past when Brittany was an autonomous region of France, this thesis seeks to associate the legends of Brittany with the region itself. The didactic part of the thesis serves as French language lecturers to practice some grammatical phenomena, but also as a material for conversational exercises, which can enrich the pupils of the French language both linguistically and culturally. From the conclusion of this thesis implies finding, evaluation and the knowledge of the author, that literature is a reflection of its territory and its community.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma “Bretaň: region legend populárních a literárních“ se zaměřuje na bretaňské legendy, populárního a literárního charakteru v kontextu celého regionu. Cílem práce je snaha o nalezení prvků, které se v legendách vyskytují a jejich následné propojení s regionem Bretaně. Tato práce mimo jiné, krátce charakterizuje Bretaň. Pomocí krátké charakteristiky regionu – historie Keltů a středověké doby v Bretani, obecné charakteristiky náboženství, architektury a svébytnosti Bretaně, která ilustruje minulost, kdy byla Bretaň autonomní oblastí Francie, se tato práce snaží nalézt vnitřní souvislosti mezi legendami Bretaňského území a samotným regionem. Didaktická část práce slouží lektorům francouzského jazyka k procvičování některých gramatických jevů ale také jako materiál ke konverzačním cvičením, který může obohatit žáky francouzského jazyka po stránce jazykové i kulturní. Ze závěru práce vyplývá zjištění, zhodnocení a znalosti autora, že literatura je odrazem jejího území a jeho komunity.
