This bachelor thesis deals with natural symptoms of fertility in women, which are the main principles in symptothermal method. It is divided into theoretical and prac-tical part. Témou tejto bakalárskej práce sú prirodzené prejavy plodnosti u žien, ktoré sú základnými piliermi symptotermálnej metódy. Obsah je rozdelený na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť objasňuje pojem prirodzené plánovanie rodičovstva, venuje sa podstate symptotermálnej metódy, jej sledovaným symptómom a jednotlivým pravidlám.
