Acute intoxication in children

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce nese název ?Akutní intoxikace u dětí?. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je část teoretická. Hned v úvodu kapitoly jsou definovány některé ze základních pojmů spojených s danou problematikou. Dále se v teoretické části zaměřuji na rozdělení intoxikací jak z hlediska vzniku, tak z hlediska látky, která intoxikaci způsobila. V návaznosti na intoxikaci popisuji zásady předlékařské první pomoci. S tím souvisí léčba a ošetřovatelská péče, která je vypracována v následující kapitole. Část teorie je také věnována prevenci intoxikací u dětí, což je jedna z nejdůležitějších složek v boji se zmenšením počtu intoxikovaných dětí. V empirické části se hlavně zaměřuji na zjišťování informovanosti rodičů v oblastech poskytnutí předlékařské PP a prevenci intoxikací u dětí. To je mým hlavním cílem. Do této části patří také dílčí cíle a hypotézy. U dílčích cílů se například zaměřuji na změny v domácnosti v důsledku prevence intoxikace u dětí nebo na rozdíly v míře informovanosti rodičů o tomto tématu, v závislosti na počtu dětí. Hypotézy jsou věnovány domněnkám o výsledných datech z vykonaného průzkumu a následně porovnány s jeho reálnými výsledky. Získaná data jsou zaznamenána do grafů, vyhodnocena a zpracována do patřičných závěrů.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is called ?Acute intoxication in children?. The thesis is divided into the two head parts. The first one focuses on theory. At the beginning of this part some of the basic terms associated with issues are defined. Then I deal with division of intoxications according to origin and substance that it causes. In connection with intoxication I describe principles of pre-medical first aid. This is related with medical cure and nursing care which is described in the following part. Theory part also focuses on prevention of children intoxication that is one of the most important section in struggle to reduce number of intoxicated children. The second part is mostly about practical research where I concentrate to survey a parent´s foreknowledge of providing pre-medical first aid and prevention against intoxication in children. And this is my main aim of this thesis. The practical part also contains partial goals and hypothesis. In connection the partial goals I choose for instance changes in a household depending on prevention of intoxication or the differences in rate of foreknowledge depend on number of children in a house. The hypothesis are concentrated on assumptions about research and afterwards it´s compare with real results. The final figures are presented in charts and after that they are evaluated in form of appropriate conclusions.
