Status and Competences of Region within Game Protection

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na ochranu zvěře, jakožto přírodního bohatství naší země a na kompetence, kterými oplývají kraje, v souvislosti s její ochranou. Cílem práce je uce-leně představit pravidla ochrany zvěře plynoucí ze zákonů. Přiblížit, jak mohou do této problematiky zasahovat kraje, jakožto orgány veřejné správy. Vymezit postavění krajů v jednotlivých soustavách správních orgánů, včetně nastínění vztahů mezi tě-mito orgány. A dále popsat možnosti využití konkrétních nástrojů, které mají krajské úřady k dispozici při ochraně zvěře.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused to game protection, which is the natural profusion of Czech Re-public and Regions competences relating this protection. The aim of the work is de-scribed the legal rules of game protection. To determine status of Region as public administration bodies, can intervene in this issue. Define the position of Regions in individual systems of administrative bodies, including relation between these bod-ies. And to describe the possibilities of using specific instruments that regional au-thorities have at their disposal in the protection of game.
