Diplomová práce si klade za cíl přehledně zpracovat problematiku šikany na pracovišti je zaměřena na výskyt – mobbingu, bossingu, staffingu, stalkingu genderové obtěžování. Zmiňuje historii, současnou legislativu, zejména antidiskriminační zákon. Objasňuje pojmy, popisuje příčiny vzniku těchto jevů prevenci a následné doporučení.
