Labor market in selected region

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji. V současnosti je trh práce ovlivněn nečekanou situací, která vznikla na našem území v polovině března. Vláda rozhodla o přijetí mimořádných opatření, která slouží pro zamezení rozvíjení se nového infekčního onemocnění Covid-19. Cílem této práce je předložit ucelený přehled o analýze trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji v letech 2015-2019. Analýza pro rok 2020 se týká celé České republiky. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako je nezaměstnanost, formy nezaměstnanosti, jaké osoby lze považovat za nezaměstnané, příčiny existence nezaměstnanosti, dopady na člověka při ztrátě zaměstnání a rizikové osoby na trhu práce. Dále se objevují kapitoly trh práce, regionální trh práce, charakteristika Ústeckého kraje. Empirickou částí práce je analýza trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes and deals with the labor market in the Ústí nad Labem region. Currently, the labor market is affected by the unexpected situation that appeared in our territory in mid-March. The government has decided to take emergency measures to prevent the development of a new infectious disease Covid-19. The aim of this work is to present a comprehensive overview of the analysis of the labor market in the Ústí nad Labem region in 2015-2019. The analysis of 2020 describes the entire Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts such as unemployment, forms of unemployment, which people can be considered as unemployed, the causes of unemployment, the impact on people if losing their jobs and risky people in the labor market. The chapters of the labor market, regional labor market, characteristics of the Ústí nad Labem region and analysis of the labor market in the Ústí nad Labem region also appear. The empirical part of the work is the analysis of the labor market in the Ústí nad Labem region.
