Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem zavedení zveřejňovací povinnosti pro spolky natransparentnost sportovních svazů v České republice. V rámci rešerše literatury jsoupředstaveny možné definice transparentnosti i vymezení sportovních svazů jakožtospolků. Transparentnost je zjišťována analýzou internetových stránek jednotlivýchsvazů a získané výsledky jsou porovnány s daty zjištěnými v roce 2013 Králem aCuskellym v rámci studie transparentnosti sportovních organizací. Kromě analýzyinternetových stránek je také provedena kontrola plnění povinnosti zveřejňovat určené dokumenty ve sbírce listin spolkového rejstříku.

Abstract:

This Master’s Thesis deals with the influence of introducing the publication obligation for associations for the transparency of sports associations in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part introduces definitions of transparency and sports associations. The transparency is determined by analysing websites of sports associations and the results are compared with the data found in 2013 by Král and Cuskelly within the study of transparency of sport associations. In addition to the analysis of websites there is an examination of the fulfilment of the publication obligation in the Collection of Instru-ments of the Register of associations.
