Abstract:

STOLIČKOVÁ Hana, Košer turismus a jeho unikátní produkt Kosher Hotel KING DAVID Prague, [Diplomová práce], Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2021, 72 stran. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit ucelený přehled o speciální formě cestovního ruchu – košer turismu a jeho produktu v Praze, v Hotelu KING DAVID Prague. Úvodní část práce popisuje cestovní ruch a jeho formy, zaměření na náboženský cestovní ruch, jeho rozdělení a druhy. Seznámení s židovskou tématikou – zvyklosti, kulturní rozdíly a tradice. Popis košer služeb a pravidla, která židovské náboženství vyžaduje. Analytická část se zaměřuje na produkt Kosher Hotel KING DAVID Prague. Tato část seznamuje s konkrétními službami hotelu, organizační strukturou, nutné košer certifikace a obchodní strategií hotelu, která je zcela odlišná od běžných hotelů. Seznam a specifika židovských svátků, které z velké části ovlivňují obsazenost hotelu. Hodnotí se zde výsledky a produktivita takto zaměřeného hotelu za dané období 2017 - 2019. Jaké jsou jeho výhody, postavení na trhu, ale zároveň hrozby, které je potřeba zohlednit v takto úzce profilovaném produktu. V závěrečné části práce je shrnutí požadavků na služby a jaké úskalí tento projekt provází. Shrnují se jak konkurenční výhody, tak problémy, které jsou s hotelem spojené, a to převážně personální obsazení a nestabilní politická, bezpečnostní stránka, které budoucnost a chod hotelu bezpochyby ovlivňují.

STOLIČKOVÁ Hana, Kosher tourism and his unique product Kosher Hotel KING DAVID Prague, [Master thesis], Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2021, 72 pages. The main goal of this master thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of a special form of tourism - kosher tourism and its product in Prague, Hotel KING DAVID Prague. The introductory part of the thesis describes tourism and its forms, focusing on religious tourism, its division and types. Introduction to Jewish themes - customs, cultural differences and traditions. A description of kosher services and the rules required by the Jewish religion. The analytical part focuses on the product of Kosher Hotel KING DAVID Prague. This section introduces the specific services of the hotel, the organisational structure, the necessary kosher certification and the business strategy of the hotel, which is completely different from ordinary hotels. A list and specifics of Jewish holidays, which largely affect the occupancy of the hotel. The results and productivity of such a focused hotel for the given period 2017 - 2019 are evaluated here. What are its advantages, position on the market, but also threats that need to be taken into account in such a narrowly profiled product. The final part of the thesis is a summary of service requirements and what pitfalls this project accompanies. It summarizes both the competitive advantages and the problems associated with the hotel, mainly the staffing and unstable political, security aspects, which undoubtedly affect the future and operation of the hotel.
