Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza individuálních strategií otcovství v ČR pohledem mužů a žen. V první části zasazuji otcovství do teoretického rámce moderní rodiny fungující v kontextu individualizované společnosti a věnuji se změnám genderových rolí v současné české rodině. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse individual strategies of fatherhood in the Czech Republic from the point of view of men and women. The first parts put fatherhood in a theoretical framework of a modern family operating within the context of individualized society, and changes of gender roles in contemporary Czech family.
