V této bakalářské práci je pojednáváno o všech metodách týkající se potrestání a opatření pro mladistvé pachatele. Práce je zaměřena na trestání a odpovědnost mladistvých pachatelů podle platných právních předpisů, především je opírána o zákon č. 218/2003 Sb. o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. This bachelor thesis is designed to investigate all methods which relate to the punishments for juvenile offenders that are being discussed. This thesis concentrates on punishments and responsibilities of juvenile offenders according to the valid legal regulations, especially law 218/2003 Coll. Judiciary in youth matters.
