Utilization Occupational therapy in a patient after Vascular cerebral event

Abstract:

Název práce: Využití ergoterapie u pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě Cíl práce: Cílem práce je poukázat na efektivitu robotické rehabilitace v ergoterapii u pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě. Metodika: V této práci vás hned v počátku seznámím s cévním zásobením mozku, obecně s cévní mozkovou příhodou, o jejich rizikových faktorech, následcích a léčbě. Dále se dozvíte o ergoterapii u cévní mozkové příhody a o robotické rehabilitaci. V další části práce se zaobírám vstupním vyšetřením klienta zahrnující jeho anamnézu a využité testy - FIM test, Jebsen-Taylor test, Nine-Hole Peg test, Box and Block test a Addenbroodský kognitivní test. Na základě výsledků vstupního vyšetření jsem vytvořila krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán zahrnující 10 terapií, kdy před každým cvičením probíhala příprava horní končetiny - míčková facilitace, mobilizace kloubů ruky a PANat dlahy. Následoval nácvik ADL činností a terapie na přístroji Armeo Spring. Výsledky: Ergoterapeutická intervence se skládala z nácviku aktivit z běžných denních činností a robotické rehabilitace pro zvýšení rozsahu pohybu horní končetiny. Výstupní vyšetření ukazují zlepšení v určitých činnostech denních aktivit a ve zvýšení rozsahu pohybu horní končetiny. Závěr: Napsáním této práce bych chtěla rozšířit poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě a robotické rehabilitaci na přístroji Armeo Spring a přiblížit tak problematiku této oblasti.

Abstract:

Name of thesis: Utilization the occupational therapy in the patient after vascular cerebral event. Target of thesis: Target of the thesis is point out on effieciency robotic rehabilitation in occupational therapy on patient after vascular cerebral event. Metodies: At the beginning of this thesis I will introduce you vascular supply of brain, vascular cerebral event in general, about their risk factors, after-effect and treatment. Next you will get to know about occupatinal therapy at a vascular cerebral event and about robotic rehabilitation. In the following part of the thesis I deal with entrance examination of the client including his anamnesis and used tests - FIM test, Jebsen - Tylor test, Nine-Hole Peg test, Box and Block test and Addenbrooke cognitive test. Based on the results of the entrance examination I created a short-therm occupatinal therapy plan including 10 therapies during which were performed a training of ADL activities and a therapy on instrument Armeo Spring. Results: Occupatinal therapy intervention consisted of training activities from normal daily activities and robotic rehabilitation to increase the range of movement of the upper limb. Exit examination shows improvement in almost all activities of daily activities and in increasing the range of movement. Conclusion: By writting this thesis, I would like to extend knowledge about vascular cerebral event and robotic rehabilitation on the instrument Armeo Spring and bring the issue of this area closer.
